Coco Loco is quite reasonable to rent, especially if you
consider what you get compared to a hotel environment. We
believe you will have a much more relaxing time and get
a better feel for the Caribbean tropical lifestyle at Casa
Coco Loco than at a hotel in Bocas. There is really nothing
comparable to Casa Coco Loco available in Bocas so convenient
to all the activities of town, yet away from the noise and
heat.

UTILITIES
We pay all utilities for short-term rentals of one month
or less including water, garbage disposal, electric and
propane and local telephone calls. For long-term rentals
of more than one month, we pay utilities and supply an initial
full propane tank for the stove. Long-term renters are responsible
for any additional propane used. For all rentals over one
month, charges for long distance and calls to cell phones
will be deducted from a $50 refundable phone deposit.
FOR
RENTALS OF ONE MONTH OR LESS
If paying by check, the entire rental
fee must be received 15 days before
the start of rental. If paying by
credit card through PayPal, the payment
must clear before the rental date.
Once the check or credit card payment
has cleared we will e-mail you information
on how to get the keys for the house,
our property manager info and other
info. Your entire fee is refundable
if we are notified two weeks or more
before your planned arrival that you
will not be staying at Casa Coco Loco.
If you notify us less than two weeks
before your planned arrival date that
you won't be coming, we will refund
half of your rental fee. If we do
not hear from you, your rental fee
will be forfeited.
FOR
LONG-TERM RENTALS
For rentals longer than one month,
our rental agreement, the first month's
rent, and a security deposit of $1500
are due 30 days before planned arrival
date. Additional rental fees will
be billed monthly. Once your check
has cleared we will email you details
on how to get the keys, property manager
and other details of the property.
Your entire fee is refundable if we
are notified one month or more before
your planned arrival that you will
not be staying at Casa Coco Loco.
If you notify us less than one month
before your planned arrival date that
you won't be coming, we will refund

PAYMENT
OPTIONS
You may pay by check or credit card. If you prefer to pay
by check you will need to mail it to us after I send you
an invoice. If you prefer to pay by credit catd, I will
send you an invoice that you can pay immediately by credit
card online through a secure PayPal site. If there is less
than 15 days before your arrival, we require you pay using
the Paypal credit card option.
